A lot of younger business professionals prefer to use email or text messages when communicating. Older professionals are more likely to stop by and visit face to face. Either way, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our front door is always open, so feel free to come by any time to look at our new inventory items, check out our showroom, or just swing by and say hello!
Email is the easiest and fastest way to reach our sales associates. They are almost always away from the desk working with crew members or out in the warehouse making sure all details are handled for the next day’s deliveries. Most of the time they are out on job sites making sure their clients’ dream is coming together just the way they want it.
If you’re searching for certain linen or tent options, we find it easiest if you email us a photo of what you’re looking for. Most of our customers simply save a photo to their Pinterest page and then send us the link. A photo is really is worth 1,000 words, and it helps us get some ideas together before returning your email or phone call. We want to be sure your special day as magical as you are hoping.
Our sales reps are happy to respond to text messages as well. If it is a new quote or order, just let us know the date of the event, location, and approximately how many guests will be attending. If you are referring to an existing order, please be sure to provide one of these three things:
