The fine print:
· All linen rentals for the linen giveaway will be from the current warehouse inventory.
· This contest is only for non-profit organizations and charities in the greater Jacksonville and Florida’s Historic Coast areas.
· A copy of the non-profit organization’s current tax exempt certificate will be required if it is the winner.
· The $5,000 linen rental giveaway/donation does include shipping fees.
· If any linen rentals are lost or damaged, this could result in “missing linen fees”. Please visit linensbythesea.com/FAQ for more details.
· The linen rental giveaway is for one event only (even if the total $5,000 is not used) and the balance may not be used for a different event.
· All linen rental applications for the linen giveaway must be received by Linens by the Sea by October 1, 2017 by mail or e-mail.
We must receive a minimum of 10 applications in order to select a winner.
The winning non-profit organization will be announced on our website, social media, and our newsletter on November 1, 2017. We will also notify the winner via phone call and e-mail. Good Luck!
